1. Open a fresh spreadsheet in Excel.
2. Enter the list of employee information either by typing it in or copy and pasting it from a separate list.

This way you know who was selected at that time and can avoid testing the same group every time
9. When you send the selected employees to the testing site and their tests results are given to you the spreadsheet you made for this month’s testing group can be opened back up. The date of testing and the results can be recorded right next to their name in the list. Not only does this help you keep record of the results and who needs to be evaluated but it also helps you remember how long it’s been between tests for each individual. This aides in the randomization process and allows you verify if an employee has had more than one positive drug testing screen.
